Department for Work and Pensions: 13.9%
Department of Education: 12.3%
Ministry of Defence: 9.4%
Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS): 6.8%

Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport: 1.4%
Department for Housing, Communities and Local Government: 1.4%
Cabinet Office: 1.1%
Other departments: 16.1%
Changes
If the Ministry of Defence budget was reduced to 9% and the Other departments budget was reduced to 15%, it would result in a total saving of £12.54 billion (£3.29 billion from the Ministry of Defence budget and £9.25 billion from the Other departments budget).
The Department for BEIS would increase by £530 million over the next 4 years to increase the UKSA budget & ESA contributions. This would make the budget 6.9%
The Department for Transport budget would increase to 5%, costing an additional £3.33 billion
Overall this would save the taxpayers £8.68 billion, this would be put aside to assist with the transition to a green country in line with the changes outlined in the transport policy.
